My husband & I went into STAPLES on Sunday about 2pm to get some file folders and we were greeted by a very nice friendly young Hispanic guy, I wish I could remember his name!! My husband asked him but we forgot! Anyways, we had lots of questions about the office chairs & he was more than helpful & so patient & polite. Wish we could get that kind of service every where!!

Awesome. Got a great deal on school supplies. Workers were nice and willing to help when necessary. Even had copies and business cards done there before.It has TSA pre check enrollment too

Terrible communication and unreliable ordering. I placed an order for next day store pick-up and the product had not arrived by the end of day. I was understanding and returned two days later, but the item still had not been delivered. The store associates told me that I should wait for them to call me before returning to the store. Then I called customer service to track the package, which they said was still processing. Later that week, customer service called me and said that the order was showing as it was in transit and that the store would contact me when it was received. After waiting 2 weeks later, I call the store and they say that my order was returned because I had not picked it up. This store is such a disappointment, from now on, I’m taking my business to Amazon Prime.
