The store manager Karen is very nice and a great lady to do business with. Although I was angry due to the fact I was sold a faulty $600 laptop and was past the return date, the manufacturer fixed it and I can’t blame Staples for this issue. She helped me with my printing needs and I wouldn’t come back if it wasn’t for her. They definitely need employees like her to match her personality with customer service! I also want to give Josh kudos for sending me the right print format when another employee had no knowledge on this matter.

Very dissapointed in this store!! In July 2020 I bought a Lazy Boy Arcadian chair. I was told the manufacturer warranty is one year for defects. So I bought the extended warranty through Staples Penfield.Now we are having trouble with the cylinder in the chair. Per True innovations whom is the actual manufacturer of the chair the warranty is 10 YEARS!!I would NEver had bought the extended warranty had the sales person been honest with me and told me the warranty was 10 years not 1 year as I was told. I would never bought the extended warranty as no office chair would last longer than 10 years with normal office hours work. DO not buy any extended warranty through Staples. It’s s scam.Here we are 3 weeks later and True Innovations has completely blown off the warranty they give. A SCAM.Staples people: please know your products/warranties so you can steer your customers in the right direction. Is that asking for too much in exchange for our very hard earned money? Try to be better Staples!!!!!!!

Was able to use [email protected] to send documents to Staples for printing at around $0.14 per page (B&W). Very cost-effective and contactless experience. The whole transaction was done at the printer.
