I stopped at Staples today after stopping at another big name brand store ( that could not help me) looking for a charger. I was blown away with the customer service. The moment I walked through the door the cashier directed me to the exact spot I needed to go and when I came back to cash out another gentleman made sure I had the right product and even opened the box to compare the one I brought with me with the one I was about to purchase.I will being going back for all of my office needs in the future. Outstanding service and knowledge!!!

Staff is usually decently helpful. Store is neat and clean and easy to navigate. The print/fax/etc. functions are easy to use and to figure out yourself; and if you can’t, the print center staff will help you out.
