Went into to the print and copy section and was “helped” by an employee named Chuck. This employee was nothing more than disrespectful, and rude. His attitude from the very beginning was unacceptable, and unapologetic. He was unable to help me, and simply stated that what I wanted was not feasible. Chuck was then rude to the next customer behind me in line. I later approached Debbie, and explained what I wanted done.. 45 minutes later and it was completed satisfactorily. If this man is at the counter when you visit I suggest you save yourself the aggravation, and walk out the door.

Delivery to the ApartmentsI got a call from the delivery driver asking where to put the package he has for me. I met him downstairs of apartment complex and open the door as he’s walking up and he shoves the package in my chest without saying a word and storms off…..very unprofessional and I keep getting the run around on who to contact about this problem from Staples.
