I called ahead of time to find out if they had a type of Canon ink. I was on hold for a while and finally the manager picked up and checked to see if they had the ink before I left from Shelter Island. He said they had it so off I went. I waited for help and then a young woman came up and asked if she could help me. She couldn’t find the ink so she asked the manager. The manager said, I’m in the middle of helping some was else and would be with her next, I heard him over her ear piece. 25 min later and he helped 3 other people. I walked out. A waste of money and time to go there.

It’s pretty great. You can find a lot of things here. From school supplies and office supplies to computers and printing ink. They even fix your screens here for a reasonable price. I only give it four stars though because the bathrooms here aren’t very clean.

Customer service is horrible at this location. I was put on hold for more than 40 minutes in the printing department. When the manager came on the line Josephine didn’t seem to care that I was waiting for so long. Needless to say I won’t be taking my services here again. Maybe corporate should do a seminar on customer service for these fools.
