I will never forget that special day during the summer of 19′. This young lady was mindlessly stocking away at the products. She had to be about 5’1. Magnificent curly locks that coiled on her head. Her makeup glistened. I approach her and ask, Can you help me with my son’s school supply list? To which she replied, Of course, sir. Let me see the list. She proceeded to aid me. She practically put every exact product in my cart. She saved me hours of time. She deserves a raise! Wonderful young woman.

Worst place to order from!!! They allow the drivers to steal packages. I was expecting a package, no one showed up but the update said “refused by costumer” so after calling staples to let them know I never saw the package, they went ahead and sent another package, and again, nobody ever came and when i checked online it said “refused by costumer” “damaged”. So now they sending another package, I’ll be waiting for nothing.

The customer service lady at this store makes the company look bad. I asked her if this store provided a service specified on the company’s website and and she said that they do not do that service there. I checked with another staples that was farther away and they said they did provide the service so I called back the first store and expressed my concern with the same woman and she said “give me a second, I will go check with the printing department” and I have been on hold for 35 minutes. very unprofessional.
