Busy store with insufficient number of employees and poor management. Customers assistance slow and very not on point. Employees try to cope with these conditions but are not able to keep up. Printing machines and computers are very old, not able to print big files (and this is of course not specified in advance). Unless only a few pages, printing from USB is an adventure: good luck with it!! When offered alternative solutions, make sure to ask beforehand about differences in costs if you want to avoid expensive surprises. Also, make sure to check printed or copied material received from the stuff, cause it could be they are making you also pay some double copying or color-printing versus the B&W requested, such as it happened to me recently.

Not many cashiers to get school supplies. Over 1 hr line to buy 5 things. Insane. Maybe another day a better rating. The line is so large from entrance to exit all way around.

the ups service in this staple is terrible， it won’t update tracking number when they Scanned . And dont trust the sign says ship 7 days a week . I’m selling stuff online , my orders cancelled yesterday , because the tracking number did not updated to SHIPPED for 3 days
