Their refund policy does not make sense. Purchased a product and did not have the materials to build it. Payed with apple pay so I tried to get a refund without receipt. Told me to come back with my debit card to get a refund or get store credit of 2 dollars. Went back to get my card and they didn’t even bother to look at my card and ended up giving my refund in cash.

Submitted print orders yesterday and today – quick and easy pickup, staff is very friendly and helpful, email confirmation that items were ready to pick up arrived long before the pick-up estimates at the time the orders were placed.
