They took my money and my UPS package on Monday, 32720. at 11:42 am. Did nothing with it and closed down the store. They knew they were shutting down and did not even have the decency to have UPS pick up the packages or inform us that it would not be going out. Now it could sit there for months and no one cares. They are irresponsible. The manager should have been sure the packages got picked up by UPS. I’m sure I’m not the only one with a package sitting in the Portchester, NY Staples. i desperately need this package to get delivered and no will help. I’ve called corporate twice. 2 other UPS stores in the area are open so not sure why Staples did this. Totally unacceptable.
