I visited this store to have some items laminated. Ebenezer, who was working the copiers was swift, courteous and provided excellent customer service. The young lady who was managing the print/lamination area was clearly overwhelmed; however, Ebenezer came to everyone’s rescue and went above and beyond to service everyone who needed help with the copies and then got behind the printing desk and started to fulfill the other orders for those waiting on line. This young man needs to be managing the store. Exceptional customer service at its best!

Why do we go to staples if they just send the job out to another company.Told it was out of their convenience. I’m paying and I’m the customer, where is my convenience? Definately not worth it.Told Thursday night if they completed job, friday morning if they sent it out.The lady did not give me a choice and it was sent out.friday morning I called. Now they changed it to Saturday. Showed up Saturday and of course they opened at 910 so there 8 people waiting in the rain.Icing on the cake was your worker speeding through the lot blasting his music so loud I had to get off my phone call, then parking in the handy cap spot to open the store late. Cant forget the girl eating breakfast and giggling with him instead of opening the doors on time. This was the worst experience at a staples I have ever encountered.Damn corporate, clean up your staples.

The pro about this store is that it is big and has variety. Everything else…. can use some work. Its great for a quick run in and out. Otherwise, good luck finding an employee.
