Terrible service! We were quoted a much lower rate on the telephone and upon arrival after driving for hours the rate has increased. The front desk person was inadequate to deal with the issue and we were too tired to hunt for another hotel. The next morning we spent 20 minutes searching for some staff as everything was locked up tight. Being a Chautauqua we are also hoping to attend a church service no one seemed to know about that either. When I emailed about our discrepancy and what we were charged we were met with hostility and no effort was made to honor what their website quoted which I have a picture of. I would not recommend the management there or any of their facilities.
