SPROUTS in Fremont deserves its reputation as the worst and most unreliable place to buy quality groceries in Fremont.I called into the store because the app was not working. I gave my name and told I was at the store. I waited for 40 minutes, during which time I had to call them 3 times. Each time they reassured me my groceries would be brought out in 2 minutes.When I complained about this utter failure of basic service, I was told I should have used the app or called.Unbelievable!
