Selection of fresh produce usually excellent quality and good value for our money.On another item for discussion. We were disappointed the bear claw pastries are now sold three to a box. We used to love buying single bear claw pastries when you served yourself and placed it in a bag.However, now as sold in a box of three the filling – though moist – is overly sweetened! When previously sold individually, it was a favorite impulse buy item for us. We will not buy it anymore and suggest others avoid buying for a while in hopes the overly sweetened filling will be less sweet in the future. Today is March 30, 2021. We ate 1/2 of one. So now have two and half unconsumed bear claw pieces left over. This makes our pastry a very expensive buy. There’s a remote chance as it ages and dries out over a few days or weeks the sweetness might fade somewhat and the pastry will be more palatable

I am a loyal customer. This is a one stop health and food store! I have shopped for my produce here for as long I have lived in brea. The offer a wide variety of fresh produce including organic. There is a meat section include a butcher. They make their own chicken sausages my fav is the chicken basil and spicy italian. They have a great frozen section with some good low carb veges for the keto and paleo people. They sell keto icecream too. They have a huge variety of vitamins and supplements.

Sprouts represents quality. Their organic section is the best. It is also consistent across all locations. If you are not able to digest wax coating on fruits, Sprouts Organic section is your best choice. Sprouts Brea has the choices I am looking for and is usually well stocked. Their banana walnut muffins is also a must buy.
