I used to go to Sprouts in Colorado and California and always loved it. But this particular location has gone hill in terms of customer service. I’m not sure if it’s because they hired younger people, but I was in there the other day and a young man almost ran me over with his push mop/sweep. He didn’t even bother to acknowledge what he just did. Thinking it was a one-off, another employee was swinging around a broom and nearly missed me. I don’t know why they need to be aggressive with the cleaning tools lol.Meanwhile, every time I check out – the cashier and bagging person always love to talk amongst themselves as if customers aren’t standing there having to listen to their personal conversation. I’m not against personal conversations at work, but while a customer is standing there waiting to be checked out – it’s not appropriate. At this point, I know oddly specific details about the employees there.Something else I’ve noticed is that they don’t ask if you want paper or plastic bags. This is a nice thing I’ve been asked at other Sprouts. Just thought it would be consistent here.

Apple no sugar added is a favorite. Sometimes I just stop in to pick up their fresh salads. My favorite is the Hearty Harvest Salad. Generous serving. I often eat this in 2-3 settings! Yummy

Super friendly and helpful staff. Fresh and always some great bargain! The coffee pods are so much better than the average. They use filter at the bottom, instead of plastic. Great place for specific needs!
