Why take off a star? For the hype + price of Sprinkles, there should be something that sets this bakery apart from its competitors. But the flavors are pretty standard, and the cupcakes not extraordinary. For $4 a cupcake, I was expecting more. Perhaps better presentation, more unique flavors, and fantastic service would have elevated Sprinkles to a 5/5 rating.Overall, if you are near the area and want a good cupcake, get Sprinkles. But do not go out of your way and travel to Sprinkles just to try their cupcakes.

Ordered two cakes for a birthday and some cupcakes. It was all delicious! I did call due to an error on their behalf and they made it right. The customer service was above expectations. Will definitely return and recommend to anyone.
