Open your restrooms for your customers! You allow people to try clothes and shoes on, yet you tell your customers to go to another store for a restroom. We buy items to try and support this store, driving from daly city, yet you close your restrooms. Covid will be around forever, figure out a plan to do this safely like all the other stores and restaurants. Quit being lazy.

I like the size and layout of this store. I don’t feel crowded and gives you plenty of space to try out gear. The best part is that dogs are allowed, unlike the Presidio location which is on a federal land.

Every time I visit the sales associates are extremely kind and helpful, plus there is an amazing assortment of gear. Special shout out to Frank in the bike department – very knowledgeable and helped fix an issue I had with a Thule product with ease!
