Best tennis shop in westchester. Karen is absolutely fantastic with her knowledge and advice. Got me to switch rackets and strings that have saved my tennis elbow from being aggravated. Very balanced in her guidance, never with an intention to ‘sell’.

I had an amazing experience with the team at Sportech. They were patient, knowledgeable, and made the experience of buying a new tennis racket super easy. Karen was especially helpful, but the whole team was delightful. I am a casual tennis player and needed to replace an incredibly old racket, so I came in with very little knowledge on what made a good racket or what was best for me. They guided me through the process with kindness and expertise, and I got to test out a few rackets over the course of a week before I committed to one. I also work in retail, and I know the commitment (and energy) it takes to provide genuine, meaningful customer service. Sportech is a shining example. I will be a customer for life!

Gem of a store and a total find for the tennis set. Karen is amazing and so knowledgeable. She was particularly helpful with racquet recommendations and shoe fittings – and I have wonky feet. The whole team is friendly and helpful. I was able to find all the current lines of both shoes and clothing long before other stores had them in stock. And at manufacturer retail price. So pleased to be able to support small businesses and our community. Win-win all around.
