My husband has been getting his haircut here for YEARS by ELLIE.(except during COVID CLOSURES) she is the ONLY one in this location who gives him the cut he’s looking for. Although I’m sure they are all trained to do hair well. Ellie is EXTREMELY POLITE, always asks about our children and she gets him in and out of the chair without dilly dallying. We HIGHLY recommend Ellie.I’d also like to add the fact that the Ratings during g checkout are NOT a good idea!! When someone is in a rush they just TAP the screen and could potentially give a bad review.This location is CLEAN and TIDY…

Went here for a haircut but didn’t have much time. I asked how long it would be and was flippantly told to look up. I looked up and there was just a sign describing what they do. He then said no, over there! I looked up and there was a sign indicating wait time. At this point I felt so rudely treated that I just walked out and went to another nearby place where I was treated warmly.

I’m autistic and explained my sensory issues to my stylist and she was very accommodating, right down to anticipating I may not like the smells of certain products. Got a great cut and will def go back.
