If I could leave no stars I would! The sales associate was not helpful at all. My mother and I walked the entire store with absolutely no assistance. It was not until my mother approached the sales associate did she even acknowledged our presence but then only to ask if we came to pay a bill. My mother told her that we didn’t come to pay a bill but that we wanted to look at furniture she still didn’t offer any assistance . We will never spend our money with Spiller as long as they employ sales associates who don’t care.

I went to Spiller Furniture in Tuscaloosa by recommendation from one of my friends. I was looking for a couple of new pieces for my place. The store has a good selection but it was one of the employees who made my shopping experience great! Cloey was very knowledgeable of the products and very friendly. She was helpful but not over bearing like some sale associates can be. She helped me pick some nice things out and made sure I was happy with my selection before I left the store. If you’re shopping for new furniture, I highly recommend going to Spiller Furniture and see Cloey. You won’t be disappointed.
