After hearing about my parents experience with Spike facility and with the manager. I would recommend that everyone consider canceling there business with this company as my parents did. My parents Attempted to enter there pass code at the GATE and after several attempts to gain access there passcode did not work. the facility manager entered the facility and my parents followed behind her. She then chose to engage my parents, which is the right thing to do as the manager. However, she did so in the most unprofessional manner, the manger aswell chose to escalate the situation by making out loud threats towards my parents. I ask that if you currently using spikes facility and or thinking about utilizing this company, engage the manager and find out your customer service. There’s nothing more frustrating when you’re paying a business and there’s poor customer service.
