I bought 4 nose ring packs and found out I am allergic. They switched them out with no hassle. Then I realized I bought the wrong size, took all of these back and they refunded every cent! Excellent customer service!

I need corporates number for this establishment. I was refused entrance due to not being able to wear a mask due to obvious medical reasons. No other place gave me issues but this one. All I needed was a freaking nose ring and she told me to order it online. The ignorance and disrespect! Per COVID regulations, if a medical issue will cause more harm to you by wearing the mask than not wearing it, then you don’t have to wear one. The lady seen my neck brace, can see this big ahh swollen scar on my neck, can hear the swelling in my throat, AND I told her and she still proceeded to give an empty apology and tell me to order online!
