Went to this location a over a month ago and one of the female staff members (not sure if it was owner or someone else) was following customers around the store and constantly watching them. They asked a customer to show what was in their bag and the customer showed there was no merchandise taken at all. Totally unnecessary – did not feel welcomed here at all. It seems stores at this mall location aren’t getting as much business as they used to for a reason. I advise to please go to the Spencer’s in Crossgates if you need to visit one in person – much friendlier staff and larger selection/cleaner store.
