Honestly this speedy cash location have rude employees . Natalie had answer the phone to help me. I explained to her my situation and wanted a payment plan i do once a year of 4 payments. She kept saying that they don’t offer it but Ive done it before so I’m not sure why. I asked if she can look into my account to see the last time i did one . She said i don’t know. So I asked to speak to a manger. She informed me that she was one of the manager. I was confused. How are you a manager but couldn’t answer my questions. During the call, i can hear other tellers in the background laughing and talking to one another. Even the manager on the phone call with me was talking to others around her. This so called manager clearly has no idea what she’s doing because she kept placing my call on hold and after like 4 holds I talked to Celia. She than said the same thing. But as they were talking to me, I was getting annoyed because I can hear everyone laughing and having fun. She was even laughing. Celia than transfer to COVID hotline to help me. I never once mentioned Covid or anything so why did i get transferred to a department that doesn’t apply to me? I disconnected the call. I ended up looking up the 800 to customer service and they assisted me so fast and so quick. I’m not sure why they lack knowledge as managers but they do need to be trained a little more . It was a simple task.
