This location has zero customer service. I waited 10 minutes to have an employee approach me and ask me why I was there with no smile on her face. When I explained that my phone wasn’t holding a charge, she asked if I had insurance on it. When I answered yes, she handed me a brochure and said I needed to call the insurance plan. That was it. There was no attempt to ask if it is still under warranty (it is) or if I needed any help. If you’re not buying a phone, they don’t want you to waste their time. You are directed to a website and you are on your own. I wish I had stayed with T-Mobile!

One of the worst companies in America . They took Billions from both state and federal budgets to build fiber connections then pocketed the cash and didnt even build out the connections. Now they turn around and avoid competing with other broadband providers. With their exclusive access depending on your zip code they can and will price hike you month after month and your only alternative is to either disconnect from both T/V and internet or take the price hike on your knees because there is zero alternative choices for providers for many of Ventura’s neighborhoods. Without Strong Telcom rules and Regulations we will for ever be stuck with 2000’s service in the 2020’s. Give the taxpayers what we payed for or get out of the business.

Not busy when I was there..I gave Spectrum a 3 rating because their programming has way too, too many duplications of the same thing on the different formats that they offer. Their on demand selections do not very much at all month after month and their pricing is ridiculously high.With so much duplication, personally I believe that we are NOT GETTING WHAT WE PAY FOR.
