Horrible customer service and technician install. Internet fluctuated between 1 and 10 percent of what I paid for. Technician and phone rep both blamed the issue on my equipment that was working perfectly fine with a different provider with the same plan. Told them I wanted to cancel services and the left me on hold for 30 minutes before I had to hang up to continue working.
