A little bit of a wait there overall not bad. Customer service is great. I’m not sure why they have you wait at the blue dot after ypu’ve already stood right in front of them, I didn’t ask. They did have my mom wait awhile to exchange her remote…the costumer service representative should communicate a little better. There was no need for her to wait in line for a remote exchange.

I had the old Time Warner cable box. I brought it in to swap it because it was acting up. I asked if the new box was better and the guy said it was the newest model. Connected it at home and was only able to record 2 shows at a time. The old box could record 6 shows.Called Customer Service and they said they don’t issue the old boxes anymore but some of the new boxes can record 4 shows at once. Went back to the store (only a couple hours from the first visit) to try to get my old box or at least the new one that records 4 shows. They said old box was already shipped out (really?) and that store only carried the box that records 2 shows. Why didn’t they tell me this before I swapped? They said I could order the other models from Customer Service or try another store.Customer Service says they can’t specify which box to order so if they order a box for me, they don’t know which model I will get. Stores don’t have a phone number so I can’t call to see what boxes they have. I will have to go to each one in person to check. Spectrum Service just sucks all around!
