I went on a extremely crowded day with my better half upgrade my service and purchase a new phone. So my phone and internet all be on one bill got a brand new cell phone I absolutely love. I must tell you the staff was absolutely amazing for being absolutely crowded. And somebody having an issue and not wanting to wait. The lady repeated a few times that you can also drop that off at another store which was the Packie store. And it would be returned for free. But the lady wasn’t having any of it stormed out but the sales for was very nice. Because we were hopping mad to begin with that we had to wait at least thought we had a reservation to take care of our business. It was a miscommunication all the way around but the sales are on the phone and the still throw in the store took care of us in a very polite manner. Thank you very much Spectrum.

Well the minute I walked in all the smiles in the room was a big plus. Everyone was so nice and welcoming to the store. Lexie is the one who helped me and she was so friendly and helped me upgrade my phone after I was told I couldn’t at another spectrum store. She went way and beyond and I must say I enjoyed myself talking to all the employees. You can tell they all enjoy working together and they all help eachother out (great team work) I wish I can rate this store higher. Keep up that great work you guys rock.
