Spectrum,employees at office really cant do much for you except take payments. This company has really disappointed many customers with the down grade of Spectrum, service. Cant get help and they tell us same thing each time as buffering, clutching, plus been adding 10$ more and nobody can answer to reason. So office is really worthless as employees have no education about this service except payment. Unbelievable! Spectrum,isnt new its Charter,with a different name!!!
