Sold my place, called to cancel, went 3 times to return equipment but there was so many people and only 1 person working. Had to come back, final time I waited 1 hour and 45 minutes. Returned my equipment, verified I did not have a balance due and went on my day. Now Spectrum is saying I owe and that there wasn’t any notes that I closed my account and immediately trying to send to collections. Spectrum is hard up right now, be careful. The name on the receipt I was given does not match the name Spectrum has on file. Shady practices and the service is sub par.

I love the long wait times! This place is way understaffed. There’s literally one rep for a queue line of about 17. Good thing they close late.
