store managment thumbs down, went to store with assumption online store hours were correct for 6pm close time but apparently they close at 5pm. I was there 10 minutes to before 5pm but was turned away by who I assumed would have an a manager with her personal animals leaving the location. either way the store was closed early which was very rude. per my pictures of both spectrum website and google maps, store hours are 6pm. I’ll rather call customer service and wait then deal with rude customer service in person. instead of a merry Christmas it was a Bah Humbug!

The worst place to get a mobile cell phone. I would not recommend in 1,000 years. The store had no idea what the online representative tell you and the store representative are rude, undertrained, and the worst place to get help ever. I could never get help in the store and have to so everything’s online and wait days for the things to get here when they have them at the store. It’s a joke. I’m very disappointed in their mobile service. Disappointed at myself for getting an early upgrade on 1 of my devices. Never again will I be getting another service here. They are lucky they are one of the only internet providers around here or else someone else would sweep the businesses away from them.
