Confused by the checkin protocols, i accidentally cut in line. Embarrassed, and red faced, i ducked to the back of the room. That, apparently, wasn’t enough for one of the workers, who was rude as, when i finally made my way back to the front of the line.I mean, i pay for your service, installed it myself, and have asked nothing of them in 3 years, except this day. I needed a remote control exchanged. It eventually took the guy 10 seconds to take care of me, but cost me 15 minutes, embarrassment and i got useless attitude. They’re products are pretty damn good though abs except for one guy having a bad morning, customer svc has been pretty good as well.
