Not great customer service. I needed to return 4 boxes of equipment. I asked for some help as I had badly hurt my right wrist. I learned that they are not required to assist customers with boxes -Cody. Even though there were 4 people working without any other customers but myself. However, thankful for Lorena who did offer some help (a bag to carry the boxes) and even DID assist me due to my twisted wrist! She met me near the door as she saw I couldn’t carry the 4th box anymore. Thanks Lorena!
