Do not recommend. No warning about service outages. Constant outages. Not credited on my account for the outage, when told I would be so credited. Go to Frontier. If you ask nice they will discount the install. Avoid spectrum at all costs.

This was a really great experience. Better than the past four sure. I got helped immediately and the person that helped me (Keisha) was very professional and knowledgeable. She even corrected the mistakes that a service representative (Mercedes from Michigan) on the phone made by mistake. She also offered me the convenience of choosing my channels in the store based off of a list she provided me with. Overall this location has great customer service, friendly and knowledgeable representatives that seem dedicated to helping their customers.
