Spectrum sent a tech out to me, his name was Brian and he was great! He arrived early and knew exactly what to do within the first 5 min of diagnosing the modem. This says a lot because I spent a week and a half on the phone with tech support and going into the physical store to exchange modem after modem so for 1 person to come and say “I know what’s wrong and I know how to fix it” was such a relief!! Thank you Brian, I was in the middle of cooking when you arrived on this hot spring day, but I couldn’t offer you any food or water because of COVID.
