Worst customer service I have ever seen.Some 3rd party ordered me spectrum service without my authorization and I have to spend time to call spectrum customer service how I should return the box of equipment that was sent to me without me asking for it.I was told to return to a spectrum store. I found the nearest one to me: the Whittier store.To my great surprise my experience with the store manage Hugo Vazquez was the worst ever.He tried everything to annoy me. He insisted that I must follow his instruction to take this to an UPS place while I am already in a spectrum store according to the instruction given to me by the customer service, as if I am a littlie soldier reporting to commander. After much conversation, he finally decided to accept the equipment. He then told me I must take back the cartoon box in which Spectrum sent me the equipment. Imaging how insulting this could be to me when Spectrum sent me something I did not ask for and I am already doing work to bring the equipment back to them and they still want me to take home their trash ?If I were his boss, I will fire him immediately. His job is to keep the customer happy. He has been doing the exact opposite, on purpose.

Person who sold me the phone lied to me about what was in the data plan/package. The same day I received and called to set it up, that person told me the plan I explained didn’t exist. So I asked them to take the phone back and refund it the very same day I received the phone. After a week of bs I finally got the shipping label sent and now the told me the phone is defective from a scratch! On the plastic cover?! So now I’m out on $160 and my photos of the phones condition being sent out don’t account for anything? They literally just pocketed money from me. This phone was supposed to be for my son and a simple easy, stress free device. I literally opened it and sent it back. But even if it was damaged in transit it’s still my fault.

Ive been having a tech issue for the past 6 months, visited the store a few times, reps are not very knowledgeable. I was able to speak this time with the Store Manager Hugo, turns out my speed was low and my modem defective. I didn’t mind paying the new price, now I can work from home without buffering.
