My Third visit since Covid pandemic to try to exchange my remote to “Standard” style remote. I was given a “Simplified Remote” over a year ago with them saying they were out of the Regular ones for my Area.Three times I have stopped by and EVERY TIME they tell me they are out.Very Poor Management of Supplies/Support for the customer and from now on I will have All hardware delivered to my house and not allow technician into it due to Pandemic Safety. A waist of their resources since they have wasted My Time on a Simple Request.

The internet and the customer service is the worst service ever. I was paying $69.99 for for 400 Mbps and i was getting not even half of the speed that i was paying for,call multiple times and all the do is given me the run around. I disconnect my service halfway of the cycle and they still going to charge me for the full month right after I disconnect my service they told me that they were still going to charge me for the full month. Honestly a thousand percent don’t recommend the service
