Luis , the assistant manager took the best care of me and my situation. He made sure people coming in at end of day for a product he had run out of knew right away after asking their needs. He saved a few the extra time it would’ve taken to sign in and wait.He explained everything that was happening for my case and apologized sincerely for computer delays. Roommate is moving out, he transferred the internet to me! It was easy peasy – just needed both our IDs, filled out some paperwork, and walla! Switched! Employees were very nice and knowledgeable – not pushy either. We got there right after they opened, there was no one there. There WAS a huge line for Amoeba music, so watch for that.
