Worst business experience in El Paso to date, company does not communicate within their own departments. They move your account information without authorization. Their install left large black wires and holes coming out all over our freshly painted walls. Large black boxes that we were told to slide behind new televisions. Now I have to repair this damage….

Disgusting attempt at “customer service”. Tried to sort out an issue based off of information I was told over the phone by spectrum the night prior and the sales people refused to look at the emails I have and were the most condescending, horrible customer service employees I have encountered. EVER. Get AT&T and Direct TV if you can. The phone reps and the technician were nice enough to keep me “ok” with spectrum at the moment
