Spectrum located on expressway 83 and Shary, offers not just TV service but has phone service ,as well as, a nice selection of phones to chose from. Spectrum has I- phones, google phones, samsung and LG. I went in to purchase my wife an I phone 12 mini for mother’s day, turns out she really didn’t like the size of the phone. I had to return it. Spectrum made it super easy to exchange it for a regular sized I- phone 12. I was worried about an expensive restocking fee, it ended up being only 8 dollars, happy for that. My only complaint is product availability, especially if I wanted to upgrade my Google Pixel 4, it takes days to get Google phone in, hence the four stars instead of five. So, if you are looking for a good phone with good phone service Spectrum has you covered.

I cancel my TV service on the beginning of the month and the representative never informed that they don’t do pro rated service and I was expecting my bill get lower, never happened I call today and find out that I’m paying full bill but never got informed on no pro rated and they charge me for something I’m not using basically they still your money and the don’t care at all and at the store when I went to turn my box I got the same thing no solution at all spectrum is a BAD company don’t care about customers if it is possible stay away from this company I know we don’t have too many options in the RGV but changes are coming…. SPECTRUM WORSE COMPANY EVER.
