At the end of March of this year I got no Internet service. I called the service line and they said that I needed to switch my equipment, as I had an obsolete 2 in 1 router/modem. I went to the office on Lincoln and had to wait a very long time to be helped (there was only one man taking care of Internet customers and another just helping a couple with their phone. The couple was there when I got there, and they were still there when I left, an hour and a half later). Ever since I’ve had the new equipment my Internet has been down for a few days at a time every two weeks. My service is down right now and I’m hoping I’ll get the issue resolved when the tech guy shows up. In between, when service IS up, sometimes it comes and goes, it’s not stable.

I went in thinking there would lois of people and it wasn’t to bad I got quick service. bought a new phone went from another ph company to Spectrum. All 3 workers on duty were excellent. it took awhile for them to get my phone up and running. Offered me water. Went over plan. Showed me new phone.
