Very friendly staff and organized.Wish they would ask what visit is for instead of just getting in line. I just needed to drop off a cable box. Quick… but people wanting a new phone take FOREVER as the staff turn into sales people. At least the sofas are nice and comfortable for your wait. 5 star service just made me late after a 45 min wait. Hence 3 stars 🙂

I have GOT to dump cable! The sound regularly cuts out for a few seconds and at the worst time. (And the killer is …! ) It’s like using headphones with a faulty cord. Sometimes the picture stutters or momentarily freezes. The jump feature does not work with any regularity. But the deal breaker? Watching an On Demand show that just stops partway through and exits with no way to resume. I could watch the whole thing all over again, but I can’t fast forward to the spot where it stopped. Or back up a few frames if I missed something.Every time I deal with the technicians, they’re wonderful. Knowledgeable and kind. The ones who come out do very conscientious work. They’ve replaced most of the outside cable, all the way to the pole. But soon enough, the problems resurface. But I guess I’ll call them again.
