Small little store with 2 or 3 working Employees , where 1 is really taking his time to explain all Spectrum Services and your Options…where I do ask myself honestly, is this because they are working on Commission without a hourly pay rate, or is this person just new and so into his job that time for HIM just doesn’t exist…lol..Never go there when you in a hurry… ..it won’t work out!!..but if you are going to make a payment for your Service, just skip the Service Desk and use for your convenience the NEW PAYMENT MACHINE, this THING is just awesome and so easy to use!!..I was amazed how fast it went thru and got my printed Receipt immediately out right after it did read my Credit/ Debit Card !!!…

Critical: Quality, Responsiveness, Value Service is garbage, not worth 80$ a month for just internet. that has outages multiple times a week…as of right now my internet has been down for 4 hours every time I check to see the estimated time it goes farther out.
