If I could give zero stars I would. First of all, this address is incorrect. If you go there, you will find a nail shop and Eyeglass World. The first Spectrum listing is for a Calder address. When you go there, there is a small piece of paper stating that it has moved and leaves the address for Eyeglass World. The picture on Google is even of Eyeglass World! Best of all, when you call, you a cannot get a person that works in the local store. No, it takes you to the robot customer service line. Wait for 10 minutes only to get someone who doesn’t know how to help you find the store. It’s absolutely ridiculous. I switched to Verizon today.

Lengthy wait, but Tennille made up for it with her superior client services skills. Tennille is an asset to Spectrum and a keeper. The Store manager will need to reevaluate her skills to be a better example for her team members and clients. Nothing personal against her, however this is a business and managers must remember that their actions are under extreme scrutiny and constantly being observed and graded. So manager, please handle each client with constant self checking with your attitude, because understand you are being graded even if you don’t realize it.
