I’ve looked everywhere to find a better deal and there isn’t one out there. I’ve had spectrum for 3 years now and never once had a problem. You can stream on multiple devices, more than 4, at once and you never have to worry about lagging. The price may seem a bit pricey but in the end your definitely getting what you pay for.

Even though they were busy when I went in, they greeted me and kept in contact with me until it was my turn. The young lady assisted me with the kiosk. The premises were clean, the associates were friendly and they wore masks for my protection. NOTE: I had called the main number and got a discount for when the power was off and their system was down in my area. The company sent me electronic notices letting me know of the situation with their outage.

Started services in December 2019. JUST internet. Checked bills for service in December and January of 2020 without seeing any discrepancy. Stopped checking, assuming this was how the bill would continue. February 2020, without our consent, spectrum added voice. $10.00 added charge that was never given permission for..have Been trying to get it corrected ever since. MAJOR runaround with no department that could help. Awaiting a call back from the customer service rep, supposedly. AVOID!!!
