Spectrum has sunk to new lows, they are now double billing people for the same service and at this location on 5/19/21 a representative said he had fixed the issue, but when asked for a confirmation number for the cancellation, he said they did not provide any. Later found out that no cancellation had been done and telephone customer service asked me to go in to the physical store again to resolve their issue of 2 accounts being billed at the same time for 1 service at 1 location. It is criminal that Spectrum now tries to bill as many people as possible for 1 service – is this their new way of making up for lost customers???

The initial greeting wasn’t costumer friendly, but the sales person that assisted me was and also offer information concerning a cheaper cellphone option that would save me $150 a year.In today’s society, costumer service will make it break any company that offers service and/or products to the public.I try not to make a judgement based on one person’s attitude, maybe they were having a bad day. Costumer Service training should be a priority whenever employment is offered to those dealing with the public!
