I had some hardware to return and STEPHEN made my experience really pleasant. I was in and out in just under a minute. He took good care of me. DAVID HERNANDEZ WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO HELP ME FIX MY SEEMINGLY IMPOSSIBLE TASK OF TRANSFERRING MY CELL PHONE SERVICE FROM AT&T TO SPECTRUM! I HAD JUST CALLED INTO AT&T RIGHT BEFORE I WALKED INTO THE SPECTRUM STORE TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS GOOD TO GO. UNBENOUNCED TO ME, THEY CANCELLED MY CELL PHONE SERVICE (INSTEAD OF ALLOWING ME TO EXPORT THE NUMBER) AND SO NOW MY EXISTING PHONE NUMBER WAS NO LONGER TRANSFERRABLE TO SPECTRUM.YOU TALK ABOUT FEELING COMPLETELY DEFEATED!!!! I WAS IN TOTAL SHOCK AND FELT LIKE AT&T TOTALLY DROPPED THE BALL.NOW——- I HAD TO DECIDE WHETHER OR NOT TO GET A NEW PHONE NUMBER OR SOMEHOW TRY TO CONTRACT AT& T FOR HELP.AT THIS POINT, I HAD TO ACCEPT THE FACT THAT AFTER 15 YEARS WITH MY SAME CELL PHONE; I HAD JUST LOST MY NUMBER.TO MY AMAZEMENT, DAVID PERFORMED AN IMPOSSIBLE TASK!!SUDDENLY HE THREW HIS HANDS UP AND SAID—- I SAVED IT!!!HE WAS ABLE TO PULL MY NUMBER BACK INTO THE SYSTEM!!!MY EYES OPEN WIDE AND A SMILE CAME TO MY FACE AND I SAID NO WAY! AH’MAZE’INGFor as long as I can recall, our top dollar internet had been bad! I went in today and the associate was helpful and sympathetic to my situation. He quickly pulled up my information and set me up with a modem and router. So far everything is working great.
