If you ever need service, ask for Alfred DeRamus III, also known as Jay. This technician is the best professional and skilled person you would want to come into your home. I recently moved and had my services for warded and tried 7 times for Spectrum to forward my old phone number without success. This gentleman called Spectrum and within 24 hours I had my old number back and working. I was so upset with dealing with Spectrum, I was ready to cancel all services. This worker deserves an award.
