We returned all of our equipment and canceled our service 11/28/2020. The agent at this office assured us that we were all set and would receive a final bill. I guess she misinformed us because we have been billed for 2 months of service since. Online chat at Spectrum was useless. We are currently on the phone with the 2nd agent of the day. This could have gone a lot easier if the agent at this location did her job properly.
