I have to drop my review from being a 5 star to a 1 star review based on the service in this location.I moved, and had to set up service at the new location, and when I returned my old equipment to this location I was informed that “because this is a Spectrum Mobile location and not a regular location we can’t take the boxes”.The rep was referring to the boxes that the equipment had originally come in!! I had saved the original boxes for this eventuality. When I expressed my shock that the company Spectrum would make such a ridiculous policy the rep took it personally and became offended. Strangest thing I’ve ever seen. He never crossed the line, but wow was the whole situation an odd one!In short, go to a different location. The reps here can be short and curt if you offend any of their slightest sensibilities.

Ismail is AWESOME! I literally spent hours there (not his fault) and he kept his cool, was very patient, polite and just overall amazing.
