Spectrum WAS just okay until I spoke with several higher-ups and I realized that they are just people too… and, they’re actually pretty great! Plus, they aren’t even going to charge me for the equipment that is past due to be returned to them (because I didn’t actually want it in the first place). But I feel that I need to return it to them anyway, and so I will, but when I get the money for it, which is coming from them! So cool!
